Nice read. I just passed this onto a colleague who was doing a little
research on that. He just bought me lunch because I found it for him! So
let me rephrase: Thanx for lunch!

Thank you so much for sharing this wonderfully important information to
those of us who are first time buyers of replacement windows. I try to
follow HGTV and DIY to get the most up to date answers regarding which
questions are pertinent to ask contractors before committing to have
something done to my home that I know little or nothing about.
My husband and I are both on disability and so we do not have much money to throw away in order to learn a "lesson". This will make a great asset to my reading collection so we can be sure of the correct answers we should be hearing from the salesperson and beware of those who are obviously playing up to us just to get us to sign the contract first and deal with the questions later. Much luck and good fortune with your future publications. I really would not have minded scraping together a small donation to make it worth your while to continue your series of information books for many folks like myself who needs all the help we can get, but unfortunately, my money is going towards buying the windows which are long overdue for replacement. We have been in the house 20 years this coming May and, praise the Lord, we have not had any major window problems until now and we know that since the heating side of our heat pump does not work at all we were getting some very cold drafts through those loose single pane windows which was also telling it on our electric bill. Thank heaven for the wood stove in the fireplace or we would have experienced some very uncomfortable winter nights even in Florida a couple of times.
Again, thank you and God bless your wonderful gift to so many people in need.

Excellent information. I enjoyed watching Dave be passionate about
windows, just as he is about relationships etc. I have three comments about
the website. 1)Lighten up the background behind Dave. The few that were
lighter brown seemed less severe and gloomy. 2)Identify what the clips are
about so the viewer can choose which to watch. 3)Use fewer "He and His" to
start sentences in his bio. In my opinion it would read better.

This book really helped my wife and I avoid making some terrible decisions
when replacing the windows on our home. I honestly would recommend this to
anyone - if you don't read this before you buy the windows and book the
contractor, you're crazy...I see they offer the entire e-book for free now,
you have nothing to lose - I actually paid for the book
